Position Description
We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team of program managers. Your role will be key in establishing an outstanding educational experience for our students and faculty members. For those students and faculty under your purview, you will be the Pioneer point person and will be responsible for their experience in the program.
This position will allow you to work with an international team to coordinate the efforts and cultural understanding of students across different countries and of professors from leading colleges and universities. You will have a chance to engage in an international and exciting entrepreneurial environment that promotes opportunities to explore and expand your professional interest.
Primary Responsibilities
· Assist in the development of short- and long-term goals for the program and in the management of key aspects of the program
· Coordinate with the student and faculty participants in every phase of the program to ensure smooth execution
· Provide technical and academic support and training to the student participants throughout the program
· Engage in regular communications with student and faculty participants, to build and maintain relationships with them and ensure their satisfaction
· Monitor the program progress, identify and propose resolutions to potential issues, and coordinate the implementation of those solutions
· Collect and analyze student feedback to further improve program quality and report accurately to management
· Examine and analyze current processes and procedures to identify areas of potential improvement
Desired Qualifications
· At least a Bachelor degree with minimum of one year of work experience preferred
· Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
· Well-organized and service-oriented with a demonstrated commitment to follow through
· Excellent time management skills with willingness to take initiative
· A good team player who is patient, optimistic and supportive
· Willingness to coordinate with students across time zones which may require work during non-regular business hours
· Strong interest in online education and desire to help students succeed in the program
· Excellent command of English
