[上海]采埃孚（中国）投资有限公司International Post-Graduate Trainee Program

The area of activity comprises the following tasks:
1. Organizing and implementing four individual projects at different ZF locations (three projects within China/ Region Asia-Pacific, one project abroad)
2. Working on a joint group project throughout the complete course of the program
3. Participating in different workshops and seminars
4. Getting to know our broad product portfolio by means of a three-week assignment in Production
5. Setting up a comprehensive network within ZF
6. Taking over a permanent position after completion of the trainee program
We expect:
1. Excellent degree in a technical discipline (Master's degree/particularly well qualified graduates with Bachelor's degrees).
2. Relevant internships in the related area of Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
3. Internationality or work experience abroad - preferably during the study course
4. Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German would be an asset
5. Willingness to work independently and autonomously and to show personal initiative
6. Great communication skills and willingness to work in a team, social competence, mobility, interdisciplinary interest, creativity
