Diener Syz has a collaborative firm culture that takes a keen interest in training and grooming its employees. We are currently offering a unique and rare opportunity for the right individual to join our firm as an entry-level analyst to directly learn and be exposed to the inner workings of the private equity industry from the ground up.

 

 

Position: Analyst

 

Responsibilities

·         Assist with documentation (English and Chinese) and financial modeling for investment opportunities

·         Assist in due diligence, including working with professional service providers

·         Conduct market research

·         Help liaise with existing and potential partners

·         Other duties, as assigned

 

Requirements

·         Degree from a top-tier university. Major in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate preferred

·         Strong analytical skills. Working knowledge of financial statements and modeling a plus

·         Excellent communications skills

·         Ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

·         Ability to multitask and perform under tight timelines

·         Traveling required

·         Fluent in English, native Mandarin

·         Strong interest in investments and real estate
