Time frame of need: FEB 6th to April 6th
Job description: This role will support in organizing and coordinating activities for a business conference in Wuhan China
Key activities:
· Booking and arranging travel for a large group of people (foreign and local)
· Consolidating and communicating schedules
· Organize marketing materials and collateral
· Organizing customer information
· Consolidating information
· Keeping track of activities, schedules and plans
· Travel to Wuhan on March 21 – 25th
· Other planning and coordination as needed
Requirement:
· Good communications skills
· Language: Chinese Mandarin and English
· Computer skills: Internet, basin Excel and PowerPoint, email, general computer skills
· Familiar in working with travel (air, train, limo services)
· Can work with a wide range of people
· Can work 4-5 days per week.
