工作职责:
1 做一些基础性的工作,例如跟踪采购进程,文件归档和简单的询价等
Daily route job,such as tracking process timing, documents archiving,simple RFQ and so on.
2 上级分配的其他工作
Other works assigned by Supervisor
具体要求:
1. 诚实,乐观,勤劳;
Honest, Optimistic and Diligent
2.熟悉Excel, PPT, Outlook, Office. 会复印和扫描,预定会议,文件上传等;
Good at Excel, PPT, Outlook, office, print or scan, meeting booking, document upload, overview updating…
3.良好的英语口语和书写能力
Can do English communication on oral and written
4.良好的沟通能力
Good at Communication
5.商务管理专业优先考虑
Major in Business is preferred.
