Capital Dynamics is recruiting economics analysts to be based in Shanghai.

Working with an energetic team in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

The Economics Analyst will analyse key economic indicators, provide economic forecasts and projections, and conduct timely and critical analysis of major economic issues at the local and global levels.

You must possess at least a 2nd Upper Honours or a 3.5 CGPA Economics degree with solid theoretical knowledge. Having a postgraduate qualification in economics will be an asset. Recent Economics graduates are encouraged to apply. Applicants fluent in both English and Mandarin are preferred.

2.股票分析师 Equity Analyst

岗位职责：

对上市公司及其相关业务进行深入、及时且具批判性的分析。此外，您需要进行全方位的供应链研究以获取除了数字以外对该业务全面的了解，并取得该公司的内在价值。

任职要求：

成功的申请者须至少拥有二级一等或累积平均积分点达3.5的荣誉学士学位及主修学科附有扎实的专业理论基础。

我们的股票分析师将按最高的标准进行培训，因此拥有正确的态度及性格极为重要。此职位要求长时间的投入、大量阅读及应付紧迫期限等条件。

具有会计、财务或管理学历固然有用，然而富有经验及拥有其它专长的毕业生亦可以踊跃申请，因为我们的思想是相当开放的。

Responsibilities:

• Our Equities Analyst will conduct in-depth, timely and critical analysis of listed companies, their underlying businesses, examine their prospects, performances, accounting and financial practices and arrive at their intrinsic valuations. Instead of focusing on financial modeling, our Equities Analysts need to thoroughly understand the company’s business model based on comprehensive supply chain research, which encompasses customers, competitors, suppliers, employees, regulators and any relevant party in the value chain. You are expected to be an analyst of business rather than merely analysing financial statements.

Requirements:

• You will have at least an Honours degree or a 3.5 CGPA from a reputable university.

• Besides having solid skills in financial statement analysis, you need to be highly analytical, resourceful, and street smart. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are a must as supply chain research is more than just Internet searches and demands interactions with stakeholders from all levels and in various channels.

• As our standards are high, our Equities Analysts need to have the right attitudes and character. This career demands long hours, lots of reading, meeting tight deadlines and more.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and applicants with relevant multiple-year experience can be considered for the position of Senior Equities Analysts.
