职位描述 Job Purpose:Customer Service Representatives consist of the back office to the sales team to exploit Customer Value in connecting with the Supply Chain, HSEQ and Finance functions. He/she is maintaining a foot print starting from a written sales contract through the customers’ satisfaction of CSPC service. He/she may encounter inter personal communication pressure extended from the ever changing commercial environment. Job Dimensions Dimensions - Smooth selling of CSPC products including liquid & solid. - Proper functioning of ERP system and commercial operational procedures. - Sound customer satisfaction through the service process. Key relationships: - Build constructive working relationships with sales, supply chain, finance teams and the operational team of external contractors - Consist of the taskforce with multi-disciplinary functions for specific enhancement of operation system. Decisions made: - Trouble shooting. - System enhancement. - Customer complaint handling. Principal Accountabilities The customer service representative provides support to the Customer Service Centre and responsibilities for this position include the following: 1. Handle sales contracts creation upon information passed down from sales managers or sales executives. 2. Ensure sales contracts are properly signed by customers and filed. 3. Handle purchase orders and coordinate with import agent on importation process and issues. 4. Handle sales orders and coordinate with product team to arrange the delivery of products to customers. 5. Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues. 6. Coordinate with Finance Department regarding invoicing to customers; handle and resolve billing and invoicing issues. 7. Accounts receivable reconciliation with customers. 8. Ensure data entry in business system is complete, accurate, and on time. 9. Provide support to Finance Department in credit management and tax reporting issues. 10. Provide support in business system implementation and the development of business procedures.

Provide secretarial and administrative support and assistance to the Legal Counsel, Legal Advisers, Legal Affairs Officer, including typing legal documents in English and Chinese, copying, simple correspondence/board resolution drafting, simple translation, internal and external liaison, reimbursement / invoice processing and publication subscription. 4. Provide legal support to the Legal Counsel, Legal Advisers and Legal Affairs Officer, including legal research through books, internet and other legal database, legal materials monitoring, corporate compliance and completion of legal formalities such as registration/approval. 5. Provide general information technology support to the Legal Services.
