长期  具体要求
职位要求：
1. 熟悉印刷制作流程, 熟悉平面排版与图片处理，能够熟练运用AI, photoshop, indesign等图形软件；
2. 熟悉包装结构，可以根据产品尺寸制作包装盒刀线，做样版测试;
3.有印刷厂或输出公司工作经历者优先。
4.有强烈的团队意识，工作积极主动、细心、责任心强，优秀的学习能力、创新能力，抗压力强；

（注：近年来菲林公司、制板厂和印刷厂业务都有很大下降，行业发展遇到困难期，如果你有在此类公司任职过印前制作、印前拼版、排版员等同类工作的，但自己又不胜任转行做设计的人，这个岗位是个不错的选择，能够发挥你的经验价值，在公司后期发展可以转去做平面设计师）
