成功的申请者须至少拥有二级一等或累积平均积分点达3.5的荣誉学士学位及主修学科附有扎实的专业理论基础。
拥有来自买方或卖方至少五年的股票研究经验及能够提供投资看法的申请者更为理想。具有会计、财务或管理学历固然有用，然而富有经验及拥有其它专长的毕业生亦可踊跃申请，因为我们的思想是相当开放的除了扎实的业务分析能力之外，您必须具有优秀的英语书写及沟通能力。
您能够应付挑战、妥善处理紧迫的期限及即时目标，并且拥有能够接受批评的外向与坚强个性。驻于新加坡及吉隆坡的股票分析师将须要获得有关监管执照。

Capital Dynamics is recruiting a few experienced equities analysts to be based in its Kuala Lumpur and Singapore offices.
Working with an energetic team in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Conducting in-depth, timely and critical analysis of listed companies and their underlying businesses. In addition, you need to undertake comprehensive supply chain research to gain a holistic understanding of the business beyond the numbers and to derive a company’s intrinsic value.
2. Monitoring industry developments and trends and be prepared to give a quick, precise opinion on a specific stock when requested.
3. Interpreting data and analysis on market, economic and political events.
4. Generating stock selection ideas to the Fund Managers.
The successful applicant will have at least a Bachelors Degree with at least 2nd Upper Honours or a 3.5 CGPA, backed by a solid theoretical foundation in your major, ideally with at least 5 years of Equity Research experience from either buy or sell side and is able to generate investment ideas. While qualifications in Accountancy, Finance or Management are useful, experienced graduates with other specialisations are encouraged to apply, as we can be pretty open-minded.
Apart from strong business analytical skills, you must also possess excellent written and spoken communication skills - fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous. You thrive on challenge, can cope with tight deadlines with moving targets, and have an outgoing and strong personality that can take on criticism. Equities Analysts based in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur will need to obtain the necessary regulatory licences.
