Job Description:
> Develop and maintain local ESH standards in the field of Machine Safety, Occupational Safety and Fire Prevention and Protection
> Support the establishment of a safety culture within the plant by developing and providing appropriate tools and methods
> Investigate and report all accidents, occupational injuries/ illnesses and ensuring the root cause is identified and preventative actions implemented
> Develop ESH training plan for different positions and functions and implement it effectively based on regulatory, Conti and internal requirements
> Perform compliance monitoring in the field of applicable permits and regulations and prepare evidence of such activities regularly
> Develop, implement and maintain an internal emergency organization (First Aid, Fire Prevention and Protection)
Job Requirement:
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science or other related
> Good command of both oral and written English
> Good organizational and communication skills
> Quick learner
