（2）岗位需求：

一、Product Engineer

Responsibilities:
1.To develop new products with schedules and test plans to ensure that the design meets safety, quality, performance, and economic goals and standards
2. To identify potentials design related cost reduction opportunities and required test plans and schedules to quality and implement
3. To work with designers to insure proper fit, alignment, etc. using various tolerance stacks up methods and verify that the design intent has been met
4. To support Plant Engineering/Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and Procurement, as appropriate

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. At least 2 years experience in related industry preferred
3. Solid knowledge on AC/Refrigeration and Fluid mechanics
4. Be familiar with the AC/Refrigeration accessories' function and selection
5. Good experience in project management process
6. Be familiar with engineering documentation management (BOM, ECN.)
7. Good communication skill and Good written and oral English
8. Experience in HVAC electronics control industry is a plus

二、Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. To establish and document component and assembly specifications including definition of required geometry, materials, allowable tolerances, and related manufacturing
2. To apply basic mechanical sciences to perform design analysis of products and components, including basic static/dynamic analysis, strength of materials, and design optimization
3. To operate computer programs to support design analysis and engineering efforts
4. To support teams to develop and document designs and specifications that meet the requirements of the product specifications and program charter

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mechanics and other related areas
2. 2 years experience in related industry preferred
3. Familiar With Pro/E
4. Good communicative skills and team work spirit
5. Good English both in written and oral

三、 Research Egnineer

Job Responsibilities:
1.Develops new/innovative technology to maintain our industry leadership position.
2.Responsibility includes perform analysis, modeling, design, testing and optimization of hardware along with summary and presentation of results.
3.Determine and supply technical roadmap or design solutions to meet project scope.
4.Communicate project status, schedules, findings and issues to management as required.

Basic Qualifications:
1.Four 4 years engineering degree or equivalent plus three 3 years work experience in related industry.
2.Must have strong mechanical engineering background with theoretical and practical proficiency with FEA (and CFD a
plus) modeling for stress, deformation, and modal analysis.
3.Proficient in Visual Basic and related computational techniques and languages.
4.Strong knowledge in design and modeling of eletro mechanical machinery, in fluid flow, and heat transfer.
