前两天我们发布了自然科学部门招募实习生的通知,小伙伴们纷纷摩拳擦掌。今天再次招募新人,此次岗位设在主任办公室,感兴趣并且符合条件的同学们,请把你们的简历砸过来 职位: 实习生 地点: 中国,北京 部门: 主任办公室 截止日期: 2017年3月15日 简介: 申请者应当具备以下条件: 已获得学士学位(或同等学位),并在申请时正在攻读硕士或硕士以上学位 中英文读写流利 有图书馆学或相关领域的学习经历 具有良好的沟通能力,包括写作能力 具有良好的战略思维和分析能力 具有良好的计算机应用能力,能够熟练操作办公软件(包括使用其进行编目、分类) 能够适应在多文化的环境中工作,并致力于国际公共事业 职责: 协助管理联合国教科文组织驻华代表处的文档,具体包括: 根据资料内容和/或图书分类标准,对书籍、出版物、影音资料及其他资料进行编码、分类和编目,方便取阅。 与代表处职员积极交流,了解并评估现有资料,分拣出过时或无用的资料,以便处理或捐赠。 建立数据库,录入现有资料的细节信息(作者、标题、出版社、出版年份等)、办公室存放位置以及数量,以便日后查询。 在翻修完毕的新办公室中协助摆放、陈列已编目的资料。 告知办公室员工如何使用建成的分类机制,对编入索引的资料进行接收、陈列、研究和编目。 完成上级主管布置的其他任务 重要提醒: - 实习时长为4个月,每周至少四天,能全职者优先考虑。 - 优先考虑能于2017年3月入职的申请者。 - 本次实习的目标是为你提供国际组织中的工作经历,让你能够在国际背景中学以致用。 - 本次实习能为你提供一个在多元文化、政府间组织工作的机会。 - 联合国教科文组织无法为实习生提供酬劳或津贴。交通、签证、食宿以及生活开销皆需要实习生本人或其资助机构承担。 - 本次实习与正式招聘没有关联;实习录取不等同于未来可在联合国秘书处就职。 如果您具备以上条件并对本职位感兴趣,请将中英文简历发送至beijing@。截止日期为2017年3月15日。 Position: Intern Location: Beijing,China Sector: Directorate Deadline: 15 March 2017 Profile: Applicants should: Already have completed a Bachelor’s degree(or equivalent) and be completing at least a Master’s degree at the time of application Be fluent (oral and written) in English and Chinese Have completed or be undertaking studies in Library Sciences or other related fields Have good communication skills, including writing skills Have strong strategic, analytical skills Have good computer and IT skills and experience in using office software packages, including for basic cataloguing purposes Be able to work effectively in a multicultural context and maintain a commitment to international public service Responsibilities: Support UNESCO Beijing’s records management, specifically: 1. Coding, classifying, and cataloguing books, publications, films, audiovisual aids, and other library materials, based on subject matter and/or standard library classification systems, for convenient access. 2. Interacting with office staff to evaluate materials to determine outdated or unused items to be discarded or donated. 3. Developing a database that provides easy access information for users of UNESCO catalogued materials, including description (author, title, publisher, year of publication, etc), location in the office, and number of available copies. 4. Providing inputs into the storage and display of catalogued materials, in UNESCO’s renovated premises. 5. Training office staff in receiving, shelving, researching and cataloging indexed materials, using the classification mechanism developed. 6. Other tasks, as assigned by Supervisor. Important: The duration of the internship is four months, at least four days each week, full-time preferred A starting date in March 2017 is preferred The aim of the internship is to provide you with professional experience in an international organization, giving you an opportunity to exercise and apply your professional skills to the international context, relating to and supplementing your studies An internship affords you the opportunity to work in a multicultural, intergovernmental organization UNESCO does not remunerate or pay interns.
