Identify and implement manufacturing cost reductions and productivity improvements ? Research, develop and document new and existing manufacturing processes. ? Support the growth of the facility by ensuring seamless transfer of products from other facilities into the Shanghai facility. ? Ensure seamless implementation of engineering change notices. ? Identify and pursue product design changes to improve manufacturability based on engineering knowledge ? Assist remanufacturing material and service procurement with supplier evaluation, performance analysis and supplier visits based upon vendor risk analysis. ? Apply continuous improvement techniques to processes involving customers and suppliers ? Fully support remanufacturing team to finished remanufacturing work and task.
