Air tickets and hotels arrangement To be responsible for office expense settlement Assist in preparation and coordination of company activities, e.g. events, annual dinner, team building, etc. To support HR and Finance department when as needed, such as attendance record maintenance, monthly employee reimbursement consolidation, etc. To build up companywide administration policy and procedure Other adhoc tasks when as required by Partner Job Requirement： Bachelor degree, major in English, education are preferred At least 1 year’s relevant working experience in multi-national companies, especially service at hospitality, education, airline industry are preferred Well organized, positive working attitude, customer oriented Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skill, at least CET6 Good communication and interpersonal skill 职位描述： 负责公司电话系统的日常运作，接听公司总机，转接电话，并负责电话分机号码表的更新 接待来访者或者客人 负责日常快递信件的收发，并做好收发记录 负责公司文具的采购和发放，在上级的管理和监督下做好存货记录 负责办公室区域和办公家具的维护保养工作 负责员工的差旅安排，预定机票和酒店 负责办公费用的结算 参与公司活动的组织协调工作，例如年度晚宴，团队建设等活动 在必要时支持人力资源和财务部门的工作，如考勤记录的维护，月度报销统计等 建立健全的公司行政政策和体系 在需要时，完成上级安排的其他工作 岗位要求： 本科学历，英语、教育背景优先考虑 至少1年跨国公司相关工作经验，酒店行业、教育行业、航空公司经验者优先考虑 组织协调能力好，工作态度积极端正，以员工、客户需求为导向 熟练掌握Microsoft Office技能，包括Word, Excel, PPT 良好的英语听说读写能力，至少CET6 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
