Program Objective:

To meet Hysan’s long-term business strategies, the MT program is designed to develop talented university graduates with high potential to fuel the talent leadership pipeline of Hysan.
The 24-month MT program is part of our Talent Management initiatives which aims at equipping high caliber individuals with well round business acumen through structured on-the-job-rotation assignments and a series of personal effectiveness program.

Program Details

The MT program covers attachments with our core business functions such as Office or Retails Leasing, Property Management, Investment & Development, Projects, Marketing etc. ensuring individuals acquire a wide spectrum of knowledge and skills as they develop their career in Hysan. Our trainees will also be provided with different learning events like workshops, site visit to develop the crucial skills and accelerate the professional development to pave the way for successful career.

MT Training Program
Orientation	Familiarization at different functions ? To understand our business and the general operations of different functions.
4 Attachments (6-month each)	Job Rotations: Mandatory – 3 Core Business Functions ? Retail Leasing ? Office Leasing ? Property Mgmt One Optional – Depends on education discipline ? Project ? Finance ? Marketing ? Investment & Development
Learning Events	Learning events will be in the format of workshops, seminar, site visit etc.
Placement	Trainees who pass all assessment will be offered placement based on the Company business needs and the individuals’ career aspiration.

Assigned Mentor:

· Department head of the designated business function is assigned as the mentor for the trainee.

· The mentor himself, or his/her delegates will assign and supervise tasks / project to the trainee and set up learning objectives for each job attachment. By the end of the attachment, the mentor or his/her delegates will assess trainee’s learning progress, performance and potential.

· The mentor should meet the trainee regularly to share expertise and guidance on trainees’ career development.
