英文在线翻译官(英文项目)

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure incoming calls are answered promptly, appropriately and courteously;

2. To alternative interpreting all matters related to customers’ request;

3. To play the role as coordinator in the course of service delivery to customer;

4. Provide quality interpretation service to customers;

Qualification:

1. College degree or above;

2. Excellent spoken English;

3. Strong communication skill;

4. One year customer service experience is preferred

5. Available to work weekdays and weekends and can work in shifts;

6. Good office skills;

Salary: 5k-7k

呼叫中心客服主管(英文项目)

【岗位职责】

1、组织并带领20人的Team,达成客户的关键绩效指标;

2、对Team成员有效的进行软技巧及业务技能的辅导;

3、处理客户升级案例;

4、与员工进行良好的沟通,能够提供冲突的解决方案;

5、综合考虑项目和员工的需求做出合理决定;

6、能够依照排班适时安排员工的小休和午餐时间。

【任职要求】

1、两年以上的呼叫中心经验,熟悉呼叫中心运作流程;

2、至少有1年以上组长或团队管理经验,团队人数不低于10人;

3、具有强烈的责任感和敬业精神,抗压力强,性格乐观,求上进,务实;

4、可适应轮班制,并接受工作时间,必要时可加班;

5、了解呼叫中心指标定义(平均通话时长、后处理时长、工作效率等);

6、英语听说读写流利熟练;

7、能够描述不同的激励方式。

Salary: 6k-8k

培训师-英文项目Trainer

Responsibilities

-Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’ needs (modules, assessment tools, certification forms and facilitator guide)

-Devising individual learning plans

-Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met;

-Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;

-Deliver new hire training on client product knowledge with emphasis on customer service;

-Supervises trainees/agents while in their training period

-Ensure that all trainees are actively engaged in the training process through the planning and implementation of activities and incentives

 

Qualifications

-College’s degree above

-Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with proven success in a training delivery role in a call center environment;

-Customer service oriented with good interpersonal skills

-Must have good working attitude and a good team player

-Flexible and diplomatic in handling customer complaints issues

-Good command of English

-Trainer should have strong communication and customer service skills as well as advanced organization, time management, and analysis skills.

Salary: 6k-8k
