Conduct related EHS training program and safety related activities. Conduct the regular housekeeping (5S) and safety audits and follow up with the close rate. Conduct HSE improvement and corrective action implementation. Assist to organize risk assessments on all workstations and activities. Assist to Work out safety procedures and supervise the implementation. Maintain emergency response plan and organize the fire drill. Investigate accidents (LTA, WLTA, First aids), near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to employees on safety initiatives and necessary changes Ensure compliance with all State Regulations and deal with government issues.
