Job Description:
Champion the 360 digitization of the Brand
Document and implement Best Practice workflow for Marketing Campaigns/Programs to stipulate integration of digital KPIs from planning to execution and evaluation, under guidance of Marketing Communication Director.
Document and implement Best Practice workflow for Brand Ambassadors/Private Client Directors to ensure digital tools and KPIs are optimized and effectly tracked/reported under guidance of Brand Director.
Produce the model for Best Practice retail O2O proximity marketing for Boutique in Beijing
Implement a dynamic system for Brand team to upload activation updates for weekly team meetings and monthly Executive Reports, under guidance of key managers
Co-produce one creative social media project (6 weeks); one innovative CRM project ; one inventive E-commerce project (6 weeks) for Best Practice benchmarking
Requirements
Only for fresh graduate , bachelor degree is the minimum
Excellent presentation skill and language ability (in both Mandarin and English)
Strong ability to grasp new knowledge
Good personality and interpersonal communication skill
