宠物护理-研发包装技术支持专员
Key Responsibilities/职位描述
1. Collaborate and work closely with the RDT pack team to support line trials or lead pack projects and in plant validation on new pack formats and or processes
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders (RDT/SUPPLY/ENG/Q&FS) in the handover 1 process on site when there is: new pack, change in pack, process change, new Q&FS standard, supplier change or new supplier. Collaborate with x-functional team (demand and supply team) on feasibility check and providing package solutions on small package development project to support E-commerce projects in China.
3. Lead the Handover 2 process with site. Provide any training related to the activity and ensure all documentation is completed for handover. .
4. Support site activities which improve equipment efficiencies, reduce waste and improve process capabilities on packing area. Utilize CI tools such as Six sigma, FMEA and Lean to ensure core packaging process are efficiently optimized with quality and cost in mind.
5. Lead problem solving and troubleshooting activities to resolve recurrent packaging issues that impact quality, cost and efficiency in the total supply pipeline. Develop trouble shooting guide for shift associates.
Qualifications/任职条件
1. Education & Professional Qualification, Food Science, engineering, chemistry, material, or equivalent BS degree or above preferred.
2. Knowledge/Experience, 1 to 3 years in a Food Manufacturing environment working experience is preferred in the area of package development, quality, food safety, engineering, or product/process development. Working knowledge of food processing and packaging technology is highly preferred
3. Green Belt Certification preferred
