SSD Flash feature research, SSD system level technology development. 1. In charge of FPGA emulation and debugging; 2. In charge of the SSD controller driver development, and related test firmware development; 3. In charge of SSD hardware system functional/compatibility debugging on FPGA Platform or real silicon platform; 4. In charge of flash characterization research job, flash raw data collection, flash data analysis, and flash management algorithm research; 5. Resolving the super speed serial bus related issues on real silicon chip, like SATA GEN3, PCIE GEN3, NVME, AHCI, etc.; 6. Charge of SI/PI design and simulation job on chip level and PCB level; 7. SSD hardware system level board design, SI/PI measurement, SSD MP tool, test tool design job; 【Requirements】 1. Strong knowledge of FPGA, with experience of project development on FPGA platform; 2. Experience of the FPGA development flow, the Xilinx FPGA development experience is a plus; 3. Have a strong knowledge of hardware development, like PCB board design, embedded system development, Circuit, board design, PCB layout and Signal Integrity; 4. Familiar with SOC software and firmware development, ARM based MCU related software development experience is plus. 5. Familiar with the SATA or PCIE specification, have basic knowledge about Super speed serial bus is a plus; 6. The candidate will join the core algorithm simulation team in the United States, participate in the research and development of the industry's advanced SSD controller solutions, and have more opportunity to travel to the United States; 2. Response for research and development of storage software system, including simulation/verification of the core algorithm, optimization strategies to enhance system performance; 3. Response for complex scenario modeling and data analysis, provide innovative technical solution, including FTL algorithm optimization, cache design, garbage collection, encryption and IO scheduling. 【Requirements】 1. Mathematics, computer, electrical engineering, automation and related fields master's degree or above; 2. Proficiency in mathematics class probability theory, stochastic processes, data analysis and other courses; 3.
