1.店铺管理培训生(SMT)

 

顾客服务:

 

■贯彻八个黄金服务原则以提高顾客服务水平

■严格要求自己做员工表率

■保证顾客进入店铺的第一时间接受良好的接待服务

■及时提供给顾客更多的产品和促销信息

 

人力管理

 

■向当班经理汇报员工工作情况

■时常检查员工是否按照公司标着及规章制度来进行每项工作

■安排新员工熟悉环境,配合培训部对其进行入职培训

■更具员工实际人数合理安排工作,以保证卖场运作的正常运行,并充分利用人力资源

■定期检查员工的着装礼仪规范

■不定期向员工反馈其工作表现

 

店铺营运

■巡视自己负责的部门,确保陈列符合公司相关规定

■贯彻八大黄金原则

■安排属下员工分区域清洁店铺,补充卖场货品

■检查订货、收货

■采取有效措施,严格控制货品流失

■根据促销表对货品的价格及时进行调整

■根据促销表控制促销货品的陈列

2.屈臣氏直招  营业员/ 高级营业员/ 美容顾问/ 学生兼职 

 

工作职责

协助店铺管理人员达到屈臣氏营运流程规定的执行标准以满足顾客需求,帮助店铺达成预算及销售目标;

完成店铺内产品的陈列、补货、盘点等工作;

遵守收银的操作流程完成收银工作,提供良好的顾客服务。

岗位要求

高中及以上学历,能接受轮休、轮班工作制;

具有良好的顾客服务意识,认真负责,诚实稳重,具有良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力;
具有超市收银或理货工作经验为佳。

3.屈臣氏网点开发经理/主任 (放在北京市场)

 

I.Responsibilities 工作职责

 

1.1 Carry-out Watsons property strategy and site investment policy;

贯彻执行屈臣氏网点开发策略及网点投资政策;

 

1.2 Follow through NWP (network planning) of target building to new site;

新点开发中,以网络规划为导向,进驻网络规划的目标物业;

 

1.3 Influence, market Watsons brand, value, proposition, requirement

影响、推广屈臣氏的品牌、价值、主张、要求;

 

1.4 Negotiate location, commercial terms and Watsons contract with landlord;

与业主进行租赁位置、商业条款以及合同谈判;

 

1.5 Accomplish the property opening target of district / cities;

完成目标区域/城市的开店目标

 

Manage New store pipeline

新店进程管理

 

2.1 Prepare, present and communicate the new site proposal to line manager;

准备新店开发方案,并向上级介绍开店方案、沟通相关问题;

 

2.2 Communicate the site proposal and contract issues with relevant department;

与相关部门沟通新点方案以及合同问题;

 

2.3 Co-ordinate Capex, construction, licenses, legal and finance to landlord;

与业主协调工程预算、施工、证照、法律及财务问题;

 

II.Skills Required

技能要求

- Professionalism in site evaluation, analytical skills on trade zone, building performance, competition and traffic generation;

具备专业的网点评估能力,掌握对商圈及物业表现、竞争力、聚客点的分析技巧;

 

- Familiarity to leasing industry or quick learner;

熟悉租赁行业,或快速学习能力强;

 

- Be initiative to work in cross functional/process condition;

能够在跨职能/流程条件下,主动工作;

 

- Efficient time management, well monitor on project milestone;

高效的时间管理者,善于把握项目进程;

 

- Adaptability in negotiation with landlord to achieve best interest of Company;

能够与业主进行多样性谈判,实现公司利益最大化

 

 

4.屈臣氏财务助理  (放在北京市场)

岗位职责:

1.协助各项财务工作顺利完成;
2.
协助店铺开业所需的财务事宜;
3.
跟进与销售相关的财务工作,处理相关财务报告;
4.
财务预算的执行,财务部内部事务处理,经理交办的其他事宜;
5.
协助其它与财务相关的业务及内外部协调工作。
任职资格:

1.半年以上相关工作经验,
2.
较好的会计基础知识和一定的英语能力;
3.
熟悉现金管理及银行结算,财务软件操作;
4.
良好的职业操守及团队合作精神,较强的沟通和协调能力;
5.
具有独立工作和学习的能力,工作认真细心;

6.需持有会计证
