Qualifications：
- Passionate, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to take on a challenge
- Bachelor’s degree or above with Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Optical Engineering, or Polymer Science or similar major from East China University of Science and Technology or HKUST
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Demonstrate leadership aptitude with the desire to build a career in Research & Development
- At least two relevant internships, or less than one year working experience is required
Positions within the Research & Development Early Career Leadership Program will be based out of our facilities in Hong Kong, Suzhou, Shanghai, Singapore, India.
