Title:Headhunter
Responsibility:
Accurately understand the job description of the customer;
Quickly use a variety of channels to find potential candidates;
Effectively interview and recommend appropriate candidates;
Follow up the whole process and handle all kinds of emergencies flexibly;
Provide constructive suggestions or advice to customers or candidates;
Maintain the relationship between the customers and the candidates;
Expand new business opportunities.
Requirement:
Knowledge of industry and market, automotive industry experience is preferred;
Proactive, a sense of responsibility, ability to solve problems independently;
Strong compression ability;
Good communication skills;
Have a sense of sharing and service.
