Job Description:
l Read and reply to correspondence within SLA’s as defined for the specific communication channel.
l Conduct case handling process as per process design.
l Facilitate completion of documentation process
l Handle shipments processing as per manuals, guidelines and policies.
l System Workflow attendance and reply within timeframe
l Assist customers with their issues keeping close communication with our co-workers locally in order to ensure prompt exception handling.
l Deliver customer experience as outline by CENCS.
Position Specifications:
1. Education and Experience:
University or college graduate, or bearing similar professional qualification in the same or related field.
2. Skills Required:
l Good communication skills required.
l Language: Fluent Japanese required, verbal and written. English with Japanese is preferred
l Must have computer experience: Excel, Word, and Power Point.
l Ability to work under pressure,
l Detail oriented; Ability to perform processes as per pre-defined design;
l Strong Service Mindset;
l Team player and Attitude for excellence.
