BD & Sales Executive is responsible for selling high level events, conferences, trainings, marketing packages, reports and consultancy solutions to decision makers through telephone or visits. Consequently, a qualified sales executive should firstly know how to locate potential clients through precise research, then negotiate with potential clients in English or Chinese fluently and thereby match their needs with our products and services rapidly and accurately. Sales executive should not only persuade the decision makers to accept our product with alacrity but also dig and digest all of the relevant information from decision makers and thereby improve the project constantly.
Responsibilities:
· Familiarize yourself with the product & service and the industry & market knowledge
· Do precise company researches and convey the product information and value effectively
· Contact decision makers through telephone, email, visiting and social platforms
· Provide efficient and valuable messages on product and market
· Sign contract with customers, follow up and maintain long-term and great cooperation
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Excellent verbal and written English skills, CET-6 or above
Telesales and business visiting, market development abilities
Good at communication with negotiation skills
Hard working, positive mental attitude with a competitive nature
High motivated and self-assured
Great team spirit
业务拓展及销售专员的主要任务是通过电话、邮件、拜访等方式向公司决策者销售我们具有高品质的会议、培训、考察、营销方案、行业报告、咨询解决方案等产品。一个优秀的销售专员不仅能够流利地使用普通话或英语与客户进行洽谈,通过精准的调研挖掘潜在客户,把产品和服务及时、高效地传输给客户,满足客户的需求。销售专员不仅需要灵活应变,说服客户来接受我们的产品,同时也要从客户身上挖掘搜集到相关的信息,来促使项目高效地展开和进行。
岗位职责:
· 熟悉所销售产品和服务的信息及行业背景知识
· 做商业调研,确保能向客户准确地表达产品的信息和价值
· 通过电话、邮件、拜访等方式联系并跟进客户
· 提供具有前瞻性和价值的有效产品及市场信息
· 与客户签订购买协议,并跟进客户及赞助商注册工作,维护并建立长久合作关系
岗位要求:
全日制本科或以上学历
英语良好,大学六级或以上水平
普通话及英语口语标准
具有电话销售及线下拜访、开拓市场的能力
沟通能力强、具有谈判能力
吃苦耐劳,积极上进,善于竞争
有自信,能够有效地进行自我激励.
具有合作精神
