Job Description

- Define process parameters for new and existing cutting process
- Process and Know-How transfer from lead plant to RBCD
- Analysis & optimization of cutting process and improvement of process capability and capacity
- Machining cycle time reduction
- Cooperate with tools grinding team to optimize and localize cutting tools
- Cutting tool cost management

Qualifications

- University degree in Mechanical Engineering background or related
- Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point
- Good English communication skill
- Expert in turning, milling, drilling, reaming process
- Experience of leading the team
- Experience of project management
- Quality knowledge
- quality problem solving
