Job Description
- Perform tests according to alignment with material engineer and lead engineering team, arrange the test, review & verify the test result, create the test report;
- Test capability build up:
- Introduce new test equipment: lead technical discussion with equipment supplier, validate the test result, create the release report for the test bench;
- Develop new test method: design test bench, or develop new test setting, and standardize the test method;
- Identify and establish cooperation with external institution for special test requirements.
- Lab management: Set up and introduce the process, create work instruction regarding: test order, test settings, equipment operation, calibration and maintenance, spare parts management, training... Build up
- MSA capacity in engineering, make sure the reliability of engineering lab.
Qualifications
- Master degree with major in mechanical or electrical;
- CET6 or above, good communication skill with English;
- Preferred with experience of LabVIEW;
- Strong logical mindset.
