-Analyze testing data and evaluate hold lot risk.Feedback hold reason and distribute task.
-Reduce testing FOR and tester downtime.
-Maintain and release testing program.
-Work with internal and external teams to proivde solutions for product yield improvement.
-Coordinate product failure analysis and present failure phenomenon.

Qualifications
-Electrical & Communication Engineering, Microelectronics, Bachelor
-Office software skill;
-Statistics analysis method;
-Semiconductor testing knowhow.
