Job Description:
Ubisoft Business Mobile team is responsible of localizing and operating the Ubisoft mobile game catalogue in China. You will be a part of its sales and operation division, to analyze our game data across different channels. Your reports and recommendations will drive Ubisoft’s decisions in term of game localization and will have a direct impact in our revenue growth in the region.

Responsibilities:
? Extract revenues data from carriers’ back-end & in-game tracking tool to provide report on daily/weekly and monthly basis.
? Work with localization producer to improve our tracking tool and method from the game build side.
? Work closely with monetization manager to provide data to improve the monetization of our games.
? Keep eyes on iOS data platform to analyze and compare users’ behavior and KPIs to feed our marketing department.
? Work closely with our partners to analyze our game data by cohort to provide recommendation to the operation & product team that will improve the monetization of our games.
? Analyze our game data by cohort to provide suggestion to the marketing team in order to improve the performance of our acquisition campaign.
? Take charge of competitor analysis, and study market benchmark.

Qualifications:
? At least College or Bachelor Degree.
? 1-2 year working experience as Data/Sales Analyst, experience in game industry is a plus.
? Familiar with popular data tracking tools, such as Upsight, Talking data, Flurry etc.
? Familiar with game data analysis metrics.
? Proficient with SQL, Excel and PPT.
? Be able to work on multiple projects and set-up process.
? Creative problem solver, a self-starter with high level of initiative, organized, detail-oriented, excellent communication skills.
? Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
? Passion for game, especially web and mobile games.
