Marketing Intern (6 months internship)
POSITION PURPOSE/SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position):
· To handle the daily marketing work for the 2 PLG brands
· Assist marketing manager onsite event execution
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand SNS Daily Management : create the content according to content calendar , post on different platform accordingly ; ( TP agency will assist )
Media Clipping : collect the media posts ( testing report , print , digital, SNS , etc. ) and consolidate into regular report ;
Sample Management: Seeding, Shooting, media communication, sample coordination, express Handling, etc.
Assets Management : Downloading - filling – Transferring between different parties
Basic Material translation check – download - filing ( to do the 1st round check based on confirmed Translation Dictionary ( especially for Hoka the specific technology wording )
Contract / Payment handing
Event onsite assistance
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor or above
Skills/Programs/Knowledge/Behavior:
English , Excel, PPT is the mandatory skill ;
Experience in media coordination , SNS handling ;
Positive , quick to learn ; responsive ;
Required Attendance:
At least 3 whole days per week ;
better promise to last over 6 months
RMB 152 per day
