Ø         岗位一：CN2 technician/技术员

Duties and responsibilities

岗位职责：

Repair the failed PCB that cause by all kinds of production process. Analyze the poor reason and advice solution, repair the failed products, communicate with production in time and prevent the same mistakes.

维修各类生产过程中造成的不良的PCB板分析不良原因，修复不良产品，及时跟生产沟通防止下次发生不良。

According to failure which has happen in production, analyze the poor reason and advice solution.

针对生产中CRS产品发生的异常，故障进行分析，并提出相应的解决方法及解善措施。

Assist with production make the fixture to test CRS product.

协助制作相关测试治具测试CRS产品.

CRS rectifier technical support, and after service for customer

CRS机器的技术支持和售后服务，客户现场维修整流器。

Test entire machine and record the test report while test technician out of office

当测试技术员不在时测试CRS整机。

Test the software of CRS product

测试CRS产品的控制软件.

Responsible for implementing and following up the internal procedure and/or documentation related to ISO14001 system

负责执行和跟进在内部文件或程序中定义的有关于ISO14001系统方面的工作

Minimum requirements:

人才要求：

Major in electronic or electrical information

电子或电气专业

Basic electronic knowledge and ability to understand electronics circuit

能够看懂电路图以及分析开关电源电路并维修

Ability to analyze failure reason for switching mode power supply

具备查找电源开关面板的问题

Ø         岗位二：Sample Technician /样品技术员

Duties and Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

Confirm with sourcing that all material is available to produce the prototype.

与材料工程部确认并申请样品制作所需要的所有合适的物料。

Report to production and prototype supervisor all the problems found during the process of making the prototype.

向样品部主管汇报在样品制程中所发现的任何问题。

File all documents required to document the prototype process, including Test Report/BOM/P-P.

提供样品制作的所有相关文件，包括样品检测报告/物料用量清单/流程描述等。

Make the prototype with the appropriate tools (jigs, mandro, template, etc.)

确认并申请合适的工具进行样品制作（包括治具、夹头、测脚板等）

Built the parts according with the Falco standards when is required.

根据需要按汇科的内部标准进行样品制作。

Review the control reports and maintain the information updated.

根据实际情况及时更新并记录相应的样品报告。

                                       

Requirements:

人才要求：

Major in mechanical, electrical and electronic Engineering schools.

机械，电气或电子工程专业毕业

Acknowledgment about document control (not 100 % required)

熟悉OFFICE办公软件，能熟练提供相应的报表与文件

Some English, writing and speaking, 30 to 50 % is enough

具备一定的英语读、写能力

Willing to learn and with high responsibility and can work under pressure.

Ø         岗位三：Process Technician /制程管控技术员

Duties and responsibilities:

岗位职责：

The PCE is responsible for the integrity of the process and all the machinery and tools necessary to carry out the specific operation.

保证制程过程的完整，熟悉所有机器和工具实现的特定操作。

The PCE is fully responsible for CostCenterand for the LOP time.

了解成本中心和工序时间。

The PCE is fully responsible to determine whether the material used is suitable for the job once it is delivered to the floor after acceptance by IQC.

当材料被IQC接受并且转交后确认材料是否适合产品。

The PCE is fully responsible for the product integrity and each process needs to have written acceptance by QA.

确保产品的完整性并且每步过程都被QA接受。

The PCE is fully responsibility to know the existing Process Control Eng STD and to add to the existing STD once a new process is established and the PCE needs to make sure that this new process needs to be migrated to all the similar parts that can use it.

In principle all the work that the PCE does will eventually be verified in the LOP LAB or when this is not possible same will be done on the production line.

知道现有的制程控制标准，当有新的制程制定时，需要确定新的制程可否被移植用来用于相似的部分并且把它加入现有的标准里。大体上讲，所有工作最终就是核实工序时间或者解决当生产线上所用的时间与工序时间不相同时的情况，使它们相同。

The PCE must be familiar with all the relevant Safety agencies requirements for the materials used and for the Creep age and Clearances to be maintained during the process.

必须熟悉使用材料和制程过程中需要维持的爬电距离和间隙的有关安全要求

Automation tasks

自动控制任务

The proposal needs to consider the savings and or the increased reliability of the new process. The proposal needs to be justified by the cost decrease that the new system will offer against the cost of making and or purchasing the new proposed automated system.

建议需要考虑保存或者增加新流程的可靠性。建议需要合理地降低成本，新的系统将提供对制造和采购的成本新提出的自动化系统。

Requirements：

Major in mechanical, electrical and electronic Engineering schools.

机械，电气或电子工程专业毕业

Good English

熟练的英语阅读和表达能力

Good at computer

熟练使用计算机办公软件

Ø         岗位四：工艺技术员/ProcessTechnician

Duties and responsibilities:

岗位职责：

负责产品生产过程中使用的各项设备及工夹具。

Responsible forCostCenterand for the LOP time.

负责成本中心及LOP

Responsible for the product integrity and each process needs to have written acceptance by QA.

负责确认每一个工序都符合QA的要求。

要熟悉现有的工艺标准，要将现有的工艺标准加入到新的制程，并要确保工艺标准贯彻到所有可以应用的制程中。

Automation tasks:

自动控制的职责：

The PCE is responsible to inquire about all automation available already in the market and to propose new and integrated automated machinery to lower the LOP time.

制程工程师要了解市场上已有的自动操作系统，并提出可减少LOP的自动操作系统的建议。

Ø         岗位五：Test Technician/测试技术员

Duties and responsibilities:

岗位职责：

To help IQC performing incoming core loss test and give data to IQC for incoming compliance checking.

帮助IQC做磁芯来料的损耗检验，并提供数据给IQC作为进料符合验证。

To do design verification test, qualification test, customer required test under DE/PE instruction.

在DE/PE的指导下做设计校验测试，材料认证测试，客户要求测试。

To manage test equipment related.

管理相关测试设备。

To manage related material samples.

管理测试相关样品。

Requirements:

人才要求：

University degree in mechanical, electrical and electronic Engineering

机械的，有关电气的或电子技术的大学毕业生。

Skilled in Microsoft office

熟练操作办公软件

Spoken average 70% minimum is preferable.

熟练使用英语
