Provide support to employee onboarding document preparation. 3. Provide support to HR report data collection 4. HR online and filling system clean up and data maintenance eg. SAP, HRP system maintenance. 5. Provide support on labor contract consolidation and distribution. 6. Provide logistic support to key HR events eg. People day. 7. Provide support in ad hoc projects if necessary Requisite Education/Experience: 1. Bachelor/Master graduates in 2017/2018 2. Able to work 3 days or above per week 3. Good oral and written English communication skills 4. Good Microsoft computer skills, excel data analyst and PPT skill is a plus. 5. Proactive, well-organized and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills
