[ADMIN TRAINEE]

工作职责：
1.Assist Admin Relay to organize the company activity; 2.Assist Admin daily management , like shuttle bus, office 5S, travel service support,stationary management...; 3.Assist to provide warm and high quality welcome to internal and external visitors. 4.Assist company events public communication via Wechat, google website, video... 5.Collect the attendance and leave data; 6.Other job assigned by Admin Leader.

1.Bachelor degree or above 2.Sportive and  willing to provide good service. 3.Good English Language skill in both written and spoken 4.Good communication skill and organization sense 5.Good at new media communication tools 6.Fast learning and quick response in mind 本职位仅面向在校学生，且每周至少出勤3天以上

[供应链管培生（生管及仓库管理方向）]

工作职责：
1. 物料收货 Material Receiving a. 物料的系统操作，卸货，分拣和清点，系统操作  Material receiving system booking, unloading, decant and counting b. 支持物料的来料质量检验 Support the incoming material quality inspection c. 物料的准确及时地入库上架 Put away the material to rack correctly and timely d. 质量问题物料的处理和跟踪包含返工，退货，冻结和报废等 Material with quality problem handling and follow-up such as rework supporting, return, freeze and scrap etc. 2. 成品出货 Finished good shipping a. 成品自行车的入库 Finished bike put away b. 成品自行车的装车和出货，系统操作 Finished bike loading and delivery, system booking 3. 物料发料 Material Picking and Replenishment a. QT和QU生产线的定时巡线； Cycle line checking for QT and QU b. 物料的及时拣货  Material picking timely and correctly c. 相关部件的预组装 Pre_Assemble for components d. 准确及时地将物料送至POU使用点 Replenish the material to the right POU timely and correctly e. 物料发料的系统操作 System transaction operation for material replenishment f. 线上及发料区域垃圾的及时清理 Clear the package rubbish  from the line 4.  各自负责区域内的5S 管理 take charge of the 5S in each responsible area

任职资格:
1. 良好的语言表达，英语为必要条件； 2. 性格开朗活跃，认真负责，能与公司各个部门同事顺畅交流和合作； 3. 对自己职业有一定的认识和规划。

本职位为供应链管理培训生岗位，初期需要在仓库一线实践半年至一年的时间，后续会根据实际情况转岗至供应链采购部门。
