Job Description: ? You will manage incoming design instructions from Customer Service teams and delegate artwork composition to team members. ? You will provide feedback to customers regarding feasibility of artwork design including fonts and resolutions. ? You will compose artwork that complies with Visa, MasterCard, Diners, AMEX, JCB and CUP specifications. ? You will monitor designs, collaborate with customers, discuss and adjust design concepts and present designs to customers for approval. ? You will train team members in order to improve work efficiency. ? You will prepare Epson proof for customer approval and arrange courier service for non-local customers. ?
