公司官网:ww***.cn[点击查看] 福利:五险一金 绩效奖金 专业培训 带薪年假 职能类别:讲师/助教 职能类别:英语翻译 工作职责 工作概要: 完成校区制定的教学管理及续费目标； 1.配合外教教授2至12岁少儿英语，锻炼孩子的英文思维； 2.配合外教完成日常的学员授课工作，保证课堂秩序的管理，并且按照教学大纲要求，协助外教完成学员的各类考试和测评； 3.与外教共同完成校区举办的各类试听课程的授课，以及在校区内或校区外进行的各类现场的市场活动； 4.根据教学要求，完成日常授课的备课与课程准备工作； 5.根据教学管理标准，完成日常授课质量的监控； 6.对于孩子的学习情况和家长保持积极的沟通； 7.完成所管理班级的学员的续费任务； 8.积极参与学校和部门组织的各种培训.教研.讲座和会议等活动； 9.协助校区及公司组织开展的各项活动； 10.完成校长.主管或公司交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1.英语或少儿教育等相关专业大专及以上学历； 2.1年以上主教或助教工作经验；如条件优秀，应届毕业生也可； 3.正规院校大学专科学历以上，英语或英语教育专业优先； 4.较为流利的英语表达沟通能力，能与外教进行正常沟通； 5.沟通能力较强，能够吃苦耐劳，具有团队协作能力； 6.喜欢和孩子在一起，用自己的知识.能力和爱心，去教育感化孩子； 7.为人师表，性格外向活泼，善于表达； 8.具有较好的领悟能力和学习能力，能够快速接受并掌握新鲜事物； 9.始终保持积极乐观的人生态度，遇到困难和挫折时，能够积极寻求解决方案而不是怨天尤人；始终能够以一颗善良的心对待他人.帮助他人； 10.具有教学经验或教育专业优先。 Job Responsibilities 1.Coordinating with foreign teachers to provide English based instructions to for 2 to 12 year-old children, exercising the children’s English mindset; 2.Coordinating with foreign teachers to complete daily lessons, ensuring order in the classroom, teaching according to the curriculum, and helping foreign teachers to complete students’ tests and evaluations; 3.Completing demo classes held by the campus together with foreign teachers, and going with foreign teachers to on-site and off-site marketing events; 4.Preparing for each day’s lesson according to the curriculum’s requirements; 5.Monitoring each day’s lesson quality according to the curriculum’s management requirements; 6.Maintaining positive communication with parents concerning their children’s academic situation; 7.Completing the goal for students to re-enroll; 8.Positively participating in departmental and company training, discussions, seminars, meetings; 9.Assisting with on-site and company-held events; 10.Completing additional duties given by the principal, supervisor, or company.
