Support supplier quality team to organize the sharepoint：支持供应商质量团队管理网络平台 ? Support on establishment or maintenance of local drawing/spec system建立和维护图纸/标准 ? Support on daily track on supplier performance.支持跟踪供应商的表现 ? Support on pre-shipment inspection follow up.支持跟踪发运前检测记录的整理。 Main Responsibilities: ? Assess and manage the SPQDE public disc;评定和管理供应商产品质量开发工程师的公共盘； ? Works with Purchasing to manage and update the print rev.协助采购管理和更新图纸版本； ? Works with Purchasing to manage and update the Spec rev.协助采购管理和更新标准版本； ? Works with SPQDE to check and upload the pre-shipment inspection report in public disc; 协助供应商产品质量开发工程师确认和上传出货检验报告到公共盘。 ? To check the pre-shipment inspection report, if there are any issues, need to remind SPQDE to confirm the status.(including the NC item, print rev no.) make a list to track the status for each report.确认出货检验报告，如果有任何问题需要提醒供应商质量开发工程师确认出货状态（包括尺寸外观不合格项，图纸版本等），制定一个清单跟踪每一份报告的状态。 ? Maintain the PPAP documents of suppliers in public disc.在公共盘上维护供应商的PPAP文件。 ? Organize ‘Supplier Quality’ area in sharepoint.在网络平台上管理供应商质量部分。 ? Maintain and track status of the corrective action plan of each NC.维护和跟踪每一个不合格项的整改计划。 Requirements： ? Be familiar with excel, word, PPT. 熟悉软件excel, word, PPT的应用. ? Good at problem solving.善于解决问题。 ? Fluent in oral/written English.流利的英文读写。 ? Strong interpersonal communication skill.善于人际交流。
