奔驰smart销售管理实习生

【工作地点】：北京市朝阳区望京街8号戴姆勒大厦6层
【岗位描述】
主要负责支持奔驰smart与阿里巴巴跨行业、跨公司的创新战略合作，包括：
∙ 各种创新ideas讨论及执行
∙ 综合来自内部零售部门及外部平台的数据及信息，制作销售日报
∙ 起草用于内部及外部沟通的中英双语电商平台销售激励政策
∙ 协助制作月度销售激励政策预算
∙ 与税务、法务、会计等其他部门同事合作，推动项目进程，并提供行政方面的支持
【岗位要求】
∙ 本科生，研究生均可，可进行一周5天，为期6个月的全职实习，实习期内保持学生身份
∙ 沟通能力强，要求有优秀的英语书写和口语沟通能力
∙ 良好的数据处理能力，注重细节，对数字和信息敏感；
∙ 熟练掌握MS办公软件，包括EXCEL，PowerPoint及Word；
∙ 能适应多元化的工作氛围
【工资待遇】
∙ 税前3000元/月

Position: Sales Management Intern
Department: smart Operation
Location: 6F Daimler Tower, 8 Wangjing Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing
Job Description:
Supporting innovative strategic cooperation of smart and Ali, including:
Collecting and reviewing data from internal retail sales department and external agencies, and formulating daily retail sales reports
Drafting bilingual concept papers for monthly sales campaign on different e-commerce platforms for internal and external purposes
Budgeting for monthly sales campaigns and dealer incentive campaigns
Assist on operation in the system and cooperation with other internal department (Accounting, IT, legal, Controlling etc.)
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above; available to work for 6 month full-time (enrolled as student for the whole internship period)
Good interpersonal communication skills with fluent written and oral English
Detail-oriented, proactive and patient, with extensive data analysis skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong responsibility towards daily work & multiple tasks
