Call handling
? Pick up all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
? Pass the oral message to colleague in a professional manner.
2. Visitor handling
? Politely receive all arranged visitors, manage visitors' registration and inform relevant department to pick up the visitors on the reception area immediately.
? Reject any strange visitors to call in the BU members.
? Reception area security
? Always keep doors closed to ensure security from reception area.
? Ensure all visitors go through reception area.
3. Courier handling
? In charge of receiving and delivering all the staffs' courier. Keep records for staffs' courier arrangement.
? Finish the courier report every month as per requirement and prepare the voucher.
Keep familiarity relationship with Courier Company.
4. Travelling handling
Arrange employees & customers' traveling issues such as flight, hotel, etc.
Others
Participate in special receptionist training-as a part of Introduction training
Responsible for printing name card for staffs.
Update employee's contact information, their daily activities and other trackers as well
Administer and manage the reservation of meeting room
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
Liaise with staff and other vendors
Maintain First Aid Kit and keep in appropriate position to ensure easy access when required.
Office cleaning, office equipment works
Min working 3 Days per Week.
