Requirements:

1.         Accounting, Environment, Sociology, Engineering, English and Law School graduates will be considered for the first priority and other majors like Economics with outstanding qualifications are also welcomed.

2.         Good command of both spoken and written English.

3.         Excellent internal and external communication and interpersonal skills. On-hands outstanding communication skills and experiences in dealing with foreign clients are preferable.

4.         Pleasant personality, open-minded, energetic and good team work player.

5.         Self-discipline, quick learner, and can independently work with less supervisions.

6.         Comfortable for regular business travel within China and Asian countries, say Thailand, Malaysia etc, normally 10 to 12 days traveling per month.

7.         Fresh graduates without any working experiences from universities will be also considered and the company will arrange training for successful candidates.

8.         Bachelor degree should be achieved before end of July, 2017 and will only be considered as trainees under probation in case bachelor degree can not be available by request.

Benefits and Others:

1.         Competitive salary will be provided based on candidates’ proper qualifications and experiences.

2.         8 hours working per day and 5 days per week. 11 mandatory public holidays and paid annual leave holidays according to law and local regulations.

3.         Social insurances and housing fund will be paid according to law.

4.         Annual incentive bonus will be released depending on the staff overall performances and evaluation KPI and company profit margin. Year end double salary is ensured by the company in proportion of the working time with the company.

5.         Successful candidates will be provided with laptop and all other necessary working facilities.

6.         Both internal and external training will be granted to successful candidates according to company development and external training agreement will be signed according to company policy.

7.         Salary will be reviewed on regular basis according to company policy, normally on yearly basis and for those whose performance is outstanding will be reviewed on 6-month basis.

8.         Travel allowances are provided to auditors ranged from RMB 80 to RMB 120 per auditor day and travel expenses will be reimbursed according to company policy.

Mobile allowances and hot weather allowances are provided to staff according to company policy and laws and local regulations.
