AR Coating Engineer
- Fully understand the company coating technology, to support regional (Asia) coating process when necessary, either under the corporate T&I support or independently
- To coordinate new product implementation or in conjunction with T&I to improve the product design
- To lead the coating product issue solving
- To seek for opportunity to improve existing process in terms of efficiency, quality and cost.
- To associate with operation for process installation and qualification
- Identify and Rollout the BDP ( best demonstrate process) across CN Lab and plant
- Training the junior engineer by case and regular forum
- You have potential to grow your career within this global technical organisation as a Senior Technical Expert or Project leader
岗位招聘需求 ：
- Doctor or Master degree in Physics, Optics engineering
- Good command of writing and oral English is necessity
- High potential in leadership, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, proactive and willing to take challenges
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills in data analyzing and Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Willing to travel oversea
