The management trainee program is an important part of Henkel’s talent development plan for fresh graduate, as we are seeking for top talents worldwide to turn them into future leaders. Once successfully enrolled in the management trainee program, you will participate in a training program with job rotations and mentoring, as well as chances to be responsible of key projects.

   On Job Training (70%):

  What we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree or above on finance related areas

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Individual

• Individual thinking, detail oriented, quick learn ability

• Good judgment ability and communication skills

• Highly responsible personality

• Passion to work and can adapt to fast-paced working environment

• Seeking for excellence while can be down-to-earth, looking for challenges, dare to take responsibility.
