客户培训

on-site assistance and training

故障排除

technical support

为客户提供电话、邮件支持

hotline, e-mail support

新产品测试

developing,planing, carrying out and evaluation of test series

对服务工作过程进行归档记录

archive and record the service process

专业要求/Education:

全日制大学本科，机械、电气、电子或计算机等相关专业

full-time university or college level education , Bachelor degeree, majored in mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering or information technology

英语流利

fluent English mandatory

其他要求/Miscellaneous

稳重、耐心、责任心强

steady and patient personality, hign sense of responsibility

适应出差

adapted and flexible to travel within China

良好的沟通表达能力，能够清晰了解客户需求和问题并解释技术方案

excellent communications skills and outstanding service-,customers- and sales orientation, good skills in communication to understand customer inquiry and explain technical solution

良好的文档编写能力，对技术信息和服务过程归档

good skills in documentation
