Role Summary
Hillhouse Capital Management’s Beijing office is looking for an intern for the talent management team. As a newly set-up business unit at Hillhouse, the Talent Management Team is responsible for talent acquisition for Hillhouse and its portfolio companies, regular training and development design, and periodical performance review. The intern will be able to engage in various recruiting and talent development initiatives in Hillhouse and develop professional knowledge and skills on people management in financial industries.
Responsibilities
1. Support recruiting programs in Hillhouse including campus and experienced hires through engaging in the posting and selection process
2. Research, analyze, and map talents for investment-related and other business operation teams to build up high-quality talent pool.
3. Keep track of talents through managing the talent database and engaging in continuously upgradation of the system.
4. Engage in other ongoing talent development projects in Hillhouse
Qualifications and Desirable Traits
1. Undergraduate or graduate students with superior academic background from top-tier Universities
2. Good at communication and build up relationship in and outside the organization to enable effective completion of recruiting objectives
3. Strong work ethic, proactive nature and a strong sense of responsibility, ownership and integrity.
4. Operate effectively in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to details.
5. Demonstrate strong written and PowerPoint presentation skills both in both English and Chinese.
6. Able to work at least 3 days/week for 3 months.
