作为MTD全球发展的组成部分,2007年秋季美特达机械(苏州)有限公司正式成立,这也是MTD在亚洲成立的第一个分支机构。公司位于苏州市工业园区出口加工区B区,占地40000平方米;现已拥有员工数超过250名;经营园林户外器械产品和零配件的生产和装配;产品销往全世界各个国家,特别是美国、加拿大、澳大利亚和整个欧洲;公司在2008年已经获得ISO 9001:2008认证。

Suzhou University and MTD

Since from 2007 when MTD Suzhou set up, we already start the good cooperation with Suzhou University, our company have a lot of employee coming from this university,  some of them are now taking management roles in MTD, taking finance department as an example, we have nearly 50% employee including bachelor and master degree graduated from Suzhou University, and most of their performance is much higher during company’s performance system.

2007MTD中国成立之日起,我们就已经与苏州大学开始了良好的合作。我司有大批员工来自于苏州大学,其中相当大一批已经担负管理的职责,以财务部门为例,该部门有接近50%的员工来自于苏州大学,其中包括研究生以及本科生并且他们的绩效表现在公司考评系统中表现卓越。

Our Compensation and Befits

As a US based company, we will provide competitive compensation plan for all of employee, including /- 1 month annual bonus which will be determined by company’s performance, oversee training/ assignments free shuttle bus, meal,  annual leave more than 10 days and free commercial medical insurance.

According to SIP marketing salary report, all of graduate for bachelor degree will have 3000/month salary and 4500 for master degree, special adjustment can be made after the probation if the performance is good. Meanwhile, annual salary adjustment will be made in each Jan after the annual performance review

For those interim program, bachelor degree can have about 2750/month and 4500/month for master degree if they have full check in.

薪资福利计划:

作为一家美国跨国企业,我们会为您提供有竞争力的薪资架构,包括基于公司业绩的 /- 1年的年终奖金,海外出国培训/工作的机会,免费班车,免费午餐,10天左右的带薪年假以及免费的商业医疗保险。

根据园区市场薪资报告,我们会给予本科生人民币3000/月的工资,研究生4500/月, 基于试用期良好的表现也会给予特别调整。同时,鉴于员工业绩表现,每年1月我们将会有年度奖金及薪资调整计划。

对于实习生,如果全月满出勤,本科生将获得2750/左右的薪资,研究生为4500/月。

POSITION TITLE: Asia Treasury

LOCATION: Suzhou SIP, China

DIRECT REPORTS: N/A

REPORTS TO:  Asia General accounting supervisor

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:

 

§  Processing monthly payments to 3rd party, twice a month.

§  每月两次第三方月结款项支付。

§  Processing payroll related payments.

§  月底月初薪资相关费用支付。

§  Cash receive processing in bank.

§  收款处理

§  Control and report deposit receiving for customer.

§  管理及报告客户预收款项。

§  Manage and arrange funds transfer for inter company.

§  管理及安排关联方资金往来。

§  Coordinate with bank for processing BAD.

§  联系银行开具银行承兑汇票。

§  Book bank related entry in ERP system.

§  银行账户相关的ERP账务处理。

§  Control SAFE level and allocate payments and receiving on line.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:

 

§  INFOR XA ERP System Cost Administration: including standard cost maintenance, current cost maintenance, PO price update, etc.

§  ERP系统成本维护,包括标准成本维护,实际成本维护以及采购价格维护等

§  INFOR XA Recurring Cost Transaction Monitoring and Activity

§  每周系统成本清理及对账

§  APAC 3rd Party Markets Costing Process and Desk Support

§  为亚太区第三方销售提供成本支持,进而确保销售单价的合理确定

§  APAC Export Markets Transfer Pricing Process and Desk Support

§  关联方转移定价的确定、维护

§  APAC Cost Planning and Budget Cycle: monthly forecast and yearly budget

§  为月度预测及年度预算提供支持

§  Financial Cycle: Audit, Pre-Close, In-Close and Post-Close Responsibilities and Support

§Assist liaison with bank, tax bureau and other external parties

§Responsible for employee reimbursement for Suzhou, Shanghai,and India

§负责苏州、上海、印度员工报销的审核及帐务处理

 

§Assist to run system report for management review

§协助从系统导出报表以供管理层使用
