岗位职责：
1、负责帮助员工解决电脑日常使用中出现的软硬件问题；
2、负责公司内部网络安全、日常维护及系统更新；
3、参与电脑设备、软件及其他相关设备的采购选型及配置确定工作；
4、负责公司服务器及ERP系统的日常维护、备份及更新；
5、负责公司信息安全工作，涉邮箱系统安全维护及管理、公司内网管理、公司文件加密管理等；
6、按时保质完成领导交派的其他工作任务。

任职资格：
1、大专以上，计算机相关专员优先
2、有思科或微软认证者优先
3、沟通能力强、适应能力强、抗压能力强

临床系统开发员/Clinical System Developer

Position Summary
This position plays a key role in bridging IT and clinical, a complexity of both software development skills and interest/experience in understanding clinical data management, requires powerful learning capability and adapts to the start-up environment.

- Discovers and identifies demands, designs and develops strategic solutions within DM function to enhance operational efficiencies, data integration and process compliance, using systems and tools
- Bridges gaps between dMed and vendor/sponsor systems for technical related troubleshooting, serves as escalation points
- On demand shares the responsibilities of Data Specialist on projects

Key Responsibilities

System development and maintenance
- Reviews and understands current and engaged clinical systems, data usage and work processes, both internal and external
- Works closely with data specialist and data manager, analyzes the needs and identifies the gaps
- Coordinates with IT to keep the system in high security, performance and availability
- Partners with the clinical programming and statistical team, ensuring the architecture is consistent with the needs of the downstream systems
- Encodes business requirements by converting the logics into computational algorithms.
- Performs system validation and documentation, for inspection readiness
- Maintains systems by monitoring and correcting software defects

Technical Supporting
- For current systems, collects and organizes user and developer manuals, understands, articulates and implements best practices
- For external systems, serves as escalation point for customers on troubleshooting, communicates with external system owners (vendor and sponsor)
- Bridges gaps between internal and external systems, integrating and getting them work together
- Involves in preparing training materials and supporting technology-enabled process development

Shared responsibilities with Data Specialist
- Participates in Data Specialist learning activities
- Clinical data standards implementation and maintenance
- Clinical database design
- Non-CRF data acquisition
- Data listings
- Metrics analysis

Education and Key Competency Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or above in a scientific discipline
- 2 years of working experience in application development
- Good understanding of XML data and technologies (XQuery, XPath, XLST and schemas)
- Solid Knowledge of relational and NoSQL database, proficient in SQL queries
- Good data manipulation skills, e.g. data migration, transformation and visualization
- Proficient knowledge of one or more back-end programming languages (Python, PHP, .NET, Java, VBA)
- Ability to use front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS and Javascript) and frameworks
- Experience in System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) management
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, e.g. Git
- Interest in updating self-knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools and cutting-edge programming techniques
