We are now recruiting a long term intern for Guangzhou office. The term of the internship shall be six months at least and start from July 2017. The place of work is Guangzhou.

Job description:

- Conduct legal researches (company law, commercial law, international trade, etc)

- Draft memos, analysis and other legal documents in both Chinese and English,

- Chinese law student (foreign education experience preferred),

中国法律专业学生（有国外法律教育背景更佳）

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English,

-Good drafting skills

- Knowledge of French language will be highly appreciated,

- Good communication and learning capabilities, and strong team-working abilities
