A perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or a young professional who is looking to gain experience in corporate HR has arisen in Hays China. As a leading global specialist recruitment firm, our internal training and recruitment function plays a critical role in shaping the firm’s future and protecting the high-performance culture we have. Due to business growth and continual investment in building our business, we are now seeking for an ambitious Training and Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join this highly-respected team in Shanghai.
Reporting to our Training and Recruitment manager Asia, you will support stakeholders across Asia, but with a particular focus on China. Your role will encompass all aspects of training coordination and internal recruitment. On the training coordination side, you will learn how to schedule training for different levels of staff, as well as work on different projects supporting our Sales and Systems Trainers to further enhance our L&D contribution and impact. For internal recruitment, you will assist in attracting and selecting junior level consultants, as well as working closely with universities and associations to better brand Hays as an Employer of Choice.
The key to success in this role is drive and motivation. You must possess a can-do attitude towards your job, and a commitment to developing a long-term career in HR. You must be passionate about people, and be able to build long-lasting relationships with different stakeholders. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be the two traits that will see you excel in this role.
