This is an exciting opportunity for talents with the passion to developing him/herself as a
TALENT ACQUISITION expert as a member of our Asia Human Resources team. The core of our business is PEOPLE. Our internal recruitment
function plays a vital part of the business by identifying future
recruiting experts for our continuous growth
in China. The company and team share and protect a high-performance
culture and values meritocracy. Now we seek for an intern or a graduate
to support the Internal Recruitment function based at Shanghai. You will
be working under the head of recruitment in
China whilst completing projects with your counter parts across Asia.
Your new role
To achieve your passion in talent acquisition, you will:
· Assist in attracting and selecting junior level staff, i.e. intern, researcher, and associate consultant
· Work closely with universities and student organizations to better brand Hays as an employer of Choice
· Involve in employer branding related projects ranging from overseas events to social media campaigns
· Collect and analyze internal recruitment related data and files and assist in regular reporting
· Other ad-hoc project when assigned
What you'll need to succeed

· Possess a can-do attitude towards your job and a commitment to developing a long-term career in Talent Acquisition and HR
· Be passionate about people, and be able to build long-lasting relationships with different stakeholders
· Have strong communication and intern-personal skills
· Pay attention to detail and be able to keep confidentiality
· High proficiency of verbal and written English
· Able to commit to the internship for more than 4 months
