Who are we looking for ?

We are seeking for a highly motivated Application Consultant in the field of Image Guided Surgery and surgical disciplines to support the key account and marketing activities. The position will be reporting directly to the national marketing manager.

 

 

What will be your tasks?

（1） Key accounts support:

Based on marketing strategy,

developing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.  Support them by doing academic training, OR onsite clinical support, developing workshops, online courses, or other training courses, and other marketing activities. Laisse Key reference site’s clinical suggestion, questions etc. with AG marketing. Support their clinical research and paper publication.

 

(2) Marketing activity support:  

Support marketing events as the expert, doing presentation and demonstration.

Support local marketing projects with academic input.

Develop local customer stories / cases report for marketing usage.

Compiling clinical & market information and translate it into sales tools.

Coordinate with AG and USA marketing team to develop marketing material for local sales force and marketing needs.     

Support AG for localization projects. ( website, proofread, etc.) 

 

(3) Products management  

Develop and maintain high products knowledge (incl. competition and application). Be able to do training for customers, dealers, internal sales and AC team, and external partners.

Collect local markets and competitor’s information. Analyze the local competition situation and develop products marketing plan.

 

(4) Marketing demo goods management.  

 

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED ?

1. Medical education background(Clinical Medicine or Medical Imageology is prefered), or related working experience (Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics, CT operation is prefered). 

2. Able to do OR Clinical support.

3. Medical imaging knowledge will be a plus.

4. A good communicator and trainer, team player.

5. A good learner, willing to learn new high tech. in medical field.

6. Willing to travel.

7. Based in Shanghai.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We are seeking for a highly motivated Support Technician in the field of Radiotherapy, Oncology and surgical disciplines to support the Sales Team in China. The position will be reporting directly to the Operations & Support Manager for China and shall be based in Shanghai.

 

WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS?

- Install Brainlab Image Guided Surgery systems in Shanghai and conduct acceptances according to the latest service documentation

- Organize installation schedules internally and externally

- Perform troubleshooting and repairs for complex technical issues

- Perform yearly System Inspections & Safety Checks (PMI)

- Work closely and establish good relationship with responsible vendors

- Escalate problems/issues fast, involve responsible people and keep track of progress

- Provide summary of experience, suggestions and possible improvements at end of projects

- Track shipments by checking inventory after receiving, tracking backorders and informing headquarter about missing or damaged parts

- Follow safety rules, especially MR safety & Electrical Safety

- Manage service documentations to proactive completion and submission of key documents according to process standards, Electronic Field Service Reports to be submitted upon completion of service activity.

- Create cases in upon receipt of customer complaint, close case as soon as customer issue is solved and ensure cases are always up to date, complete and ready for investigation.

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

- Technician, Network Administrator, Electrician, B.S. in Biomedical

- Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience

- Proven experience in installing and troubleshooting electrical equipment

- Good technical knowledge of Microsoft OS and networks

- Self-motivated, self organized, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Be located in your home office in Shanghai

- Travel 80%
