Daily admin issue support 处理日常行政事务; ? Daily logistics order processing and operation coordination 处理日常物流订单跟进和运营协调; ? Daily monitor and ensure shipment status, on-time performance 监控并确保货物完好; ? Collect and summary the quality data from sub-contractor. 负责收集和整理承运商的质控数据; ? Input damage data in system and analyze damage report. 将破损数据输入到系统并分析破损分析; ? Support import daily operation 支持进口日常运营操作. Key Qualifications: 任职资格： ? Bachelor degree 本科以上学历; ? Major in logistics or international trading is preferred 专业不限，物流或国际贸易专业的优先考虑; ? MS office applications and windows 熟悉使用office软件; ? Independent, committed, pleasant, innovation and team-spirited 工作独立，有热忱，富有创新精神和团队协作精神; ? Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure. 责任心强，抗压能力强; ? Good interpersonal & communication skills 良好的人际沟通能力; ? Coordination, alignment and problem-solving 较好的协调能力和问题处理能力; ? Good at English reading&speaking 英文读写良好. 要求每周上班至少3天，每天上班时间为9:00-18:00
